Writing C@N-DO Submission
WHAT STAFF NEED(S) WILL THE WORKSHOP MEET?
- I’ve made a start on my C@N-DO submission, but it’s hard to make progress on my own. I would value the opportunity to have some peer review of my draft Fellowship application.
- I want to get my Fellowship application written, but find it hard to find time; some 'ring-fenced' time would really help.
THROUGH THIS YOU WILL …
As the name suggests, this is a chance to make space in your busy schedule to reflect on your practice and collaborate with others to develop a successful HEA Fellowship application through C@N-DO for Associate Fellow, Fellow or Senior Fellow.
THIS WORKSHOP WILL DEVELOP SPECIFIC SKILLS ALIGNED WITH THE UKPSF:
MAIN AREA OF ACTIVITY - A5 - The focus of this workshop is on the writing of a Fellowship application, at D1, D2 or D3. The workshop will support individuals in the analysis & self-evaluation of own practice as evidence against the UKPSF criteria for the award of Fellowship.
KEY CORE KNOWLEDGE - K5 - The analysis and self-evaluation involved in making a Fellowship application develops both awareness and use of methods of evaluating own teaching and student support practice.
PROFESSIONAL VALUES - V3 - Engaging in a process of peer review as part of the preparation of a Fellowship application, will help individuals ensure that their application is appropriately analytic and evidence-based.
