Recipes for Waterside

WHAT STAFF NEED(S) WILL THE WORKSHOP MEET?

I need to design new teaching sessions to replace my lectures.

I want to get some new ideas for supporting active learning in the classroom.

What are other people going to be doing in their Waterside classrooms?

THROUGH THIS YOU WILL …

  • In this workshop you will explore a range of activity types you might be able to use in your classroom teaching for Waterside.
  • You will have the chance to share your practice with and get feedback from colleagues in other disciplines, looking at how things you already do can be adapted and how to adjust when things don’t go to plan.
  • You will pick up tips and ideas of what others are doing in their teaching both in your subject area and across the university.
