THIS WORKSHOP WILL DEVELOP SPECIFIC SKILLS ALIGNED WITH THE UKPSF:
MAIN AREA OF ACTIVITY: A5 - This workshop develops the ability to audit practice & experience with respect to the UKPSF, providing a basis for planning Fellowship application & ongoing CPD.
KEY CORE KNOWLEDGE - K5, K6 - Through the self-audit activities staff reflect on and evaluate their own practice, considering sources of evidence (K5) & exploring opportunities for quality enhancement (K6).
PROFESSIONAL VALUES - V3 - The workshop activities take staff beyond describing activity to illustrate, explain and evidence effectiveness (V3).
